Position Requirement:
Provide project leadership & direct involvement in Weaver e-cology implementation as a member of Professional Service Team, or with Certified Service Provider;
Design & provide training program to internal & external parties …
Position Qualification:
Solid consulting & functional experiences with broad industrial workflow and OA Software understanding;
Familiar with general Workflow,HRM,KM, CRM,AM and PROJECT theory , practice and related concepts presentation, be familiar with EIP Business Practice of at least one industry;
Good understanding & hands on experiences with EIP/OA or related enterprise solution, including implementation scheduling for a complete project, site assessment, BP analysis, time management, and customer training, effectively review all mile stone documentation/utilization/profit margin of such projects.
Minimum 2 year experiences of project management, IT consulting in IT company or consulting firm, preferably in foreign invested company;
With more than 3 full cycle implementation experience as project manager will be a MUST;
Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, IT, Project Management or other related principals. PMP holder will be an advantage;
Superior communication skills of presentation & negotiation both in English & Chinese; |
